Well I think it’s wonderful when an employer accomodates the needs of its employees. Her condition is hard to discuss but it is a disability nontheless and should not prevent her from contributing her talents and earning a living if she is able. At work, she should be judged on the quality and quantity of her work, not the quality and quantity of her orgasms. If I were her cubicle mate, I would support her and help her attend to her frequent need. No one should be forced to face their disability alone, even her.
